Really nice experience all the way around. Fast scheduling process, the repairman arrived on time with a smile after calling ahead. A quick garage door fix, plus I received good information about upgrading my doors and opening system in the future. I would use them again. Hi, We are very happy with the service provided by Karlou at Precision Garage Doors. I was able to snag an appointment the very next day and we were updated every step of the way. After he did an evaluation of our door we chose to get a new motor due to ours being original. The install went smooth and quickly. Carlou came on the right time on our scheduled day of service. One of our garage door's cables had came off the pulley. Carlou did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and explaining what was needed to get it fixed to us. He also gave us the quote for the service and asked us before proceeding with the work. After he fixed one of the doors, he also looked at the other door that wasn't working properly and he was able to tell quickly that backup battery was the issue and after we connected the motor to the electrical socket (which was not connected earlier), it started working fine. Carlou also gave us few good tips on how to save the life of the backup battery and educated us with some garage doors tips/knowledge. We really liked his way of working and also the way he explains the problems to the customers. We were totally satisfied with his work.
