Your technician’s determination is wrong. What code prohibits 2 doors being pulled by one opener? 2. Door opener’s warranty is not affected by using it for 2 door pull. 3. It took me 3 minutes with Chamberlin’s customer support to fix the problem. Get this technician some training. You don’t try to sell products by misguiding customers. Very poor show.

Karlou was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and replaced the defective parts. The parts and labor were covered by a lifetime warranty. Ron was very timely and thorough and did a good repair on my old system. He gave appropriate options to choose from for the repair cost. He answered questions appropriately. Ron went out of his way to obtain a broken part from the shop rather than having to wait 2 weeks for an order. He was short one part due to an unexpected break but made an effort to find a replacement without having to wait for 2 weeks for a new one.
