I expressed my desire to change from extension springs to torsion springs on my two garage doors, arranging for a two hour window the following day via e-mail. Justin arrived early within that two hour window, assessed my needs, and presented options available. I expressed my choice and to my delight he had brought everything needed to complete the job without having to arrange a return appointment. Justin presented in a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner. Work was done most efficiently and quality products used - a must for me. Once I finally got someone who could book the appointment, things went smoothly. The technician appeared on time, was very COVID-19 safe and was pleasant. Introduced himself and was very complete in explaining the problem and what needed to be done. Explain different options and payments. Went right to work and completed in very little time.
