I was very impressed with Drew!! He was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and answered my many questions!! We purchased the PDS 370, springs, endcaps, rollers, keypad, door switch and remote openers. An impressive upgrade from what we had...so much quieter! We’ve only had it for a day but so far so good and hope it lasts as long as advertised.
