We were so thankful that Nathan was able to come out so quickly today. Today was our last day in our Mukilteo home. The last thing we had to do was shut the garage doors before leaving on the next chapter of our lives, when that door failed. We had worked so hard to get to this day, and this was our parting gift. So thank you all so much for helping to close out the Mukilteo chapter.

Mike Rotermund from Precision arrived promptly in a company truck fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts. He had to replaced a cable and cut a new cable to length to match. Mike made the adjustments and during the process and was explaining the steps. Learned a lot from him on how a well adjusted door should operate. I recommend this company and will hire them again. I had a bad experience from a fly by night outfit. They sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that caused the above problem. Stay away from this type of outfit just to save few bucks.

Mike arrived promptly with a company truck fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts. Cable had to be replaced and the new cable had to be cut to size. Learned a lot from him about how a fully adjusted door should operate. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will hire them again. I have chosen Precision because I had a very bad experience with a fly-by-night outfit who they sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that isn’t capable and fully equipped.
