The new door and opener is so quiet. My only complaint is that we have a MyQ door opener and it was on the old door when then came out, quoted and sold the new product to us. Today I found out that their door opener will not work with the MyQ product. I guess it was on us for not pointing it out and asking if it would work, but when our 15 year old opener worked with it, didn't think that a new one would not..

I have a unique situation in our garage that prevented me from having the traditional belt drive opener. Ben ran through my options and told me about a side mount opener that would solve this problem. While this particular opener was considerably more expensive it was clearly the best fit. He had the opener with him and was able to install it in just a few hours and it works great. Thanks.

Robert did a fabulous job of explaining what was going on with our garage door and why it was happening. He was thorough in his examination and made sure to provide an estimate for the service. He also asked if he needed to take off his shoes upon entering the house. However, I'm not sure if mask wearing is still a priority for the company, but I was surprised that he wasn't wearing one.

The tech Robert Mathew’s arrived to survey the problem of garage door sometimes not closing and caught the problem right away that on each side of the rails there was a bolt loose and interfering with closing. He tightened each bolt and continued with checking the entire door for any other possible problems and found none. He tested the door again a few times and all worked well. He solved the problem that I called about.

Exceptional service. Austin was kind, efficient and knowledgeable! He was very patient answering all my questions and showing me how everything works. He did a great job on the install of the Genie opener and resetting the torsion system. I also got a text telling me he was on the way and came at the start of the 2 hour window time.
