Matthew was honest by saying he had not done this type of repair before (rotating a lock handle). It was a learning experience for both of us. Looking back now, I see a better solution. We could have rotated the handle the other direction. Now I have to push down on the inside handle while lifting up on the door. Conflicting motions. I'll see how this works for now. Otherwise I'm pleased with the door and the service.
