Christopher arrived within the window. He completed the 25 point inspection and gave his thoughts and recommendations. Since my garage door was 13 years old, I inquired about installing a new garage opener with more secure options such as integrated wi-fi and wireless communication via an app. I ended up getting a new garage opener since he had the product on hand. Christopher reviewed the work order, answered all of our questions, helped pair the wireless keypad, explained how to connect the app, and removed the old unit. He was quick and efficient and left the garage as clean as when he arrived. I feel so much more secure thanks to Christopher.

Awesome experience with Precision. Our garage door wouldn't stay closed and I wasn't able to adjust it myself. I called Precision and they were very professional from the start. Karlou is fast, friendly, and very professional. He got my existing remote & keypad back online and installed an upgraded emergency release lock/cable thingie. He answered my questions with clear explanations, and the problem was largely due to my lack of knowledge so I really appreciated that.
