The tech, Scott, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and arrived when I was told he would be there. He answered questions, explained the options available for the task at hand, worked quickly, and the results are better than I had hoped for. My experience was positive, the repairs are great, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Seattle.

Outstanding service. Called for a routine servicing and got next day service. Technician very professional and personable. Explained reasons for the door making noises and quickly installed new pulleys and safety cables. Marked difference and improvement in the door operation!

Christopher Tiffany arrived early in the "window" provided by your office, and he was very efficient but thorough in inspecting our garage door system. The wireless garage door opener was installed, programmed, and tested quickly. Christopher's knowledge and skill impressed me, and I will be recommending him to other residents with garage door issues. I won't hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door of Seattle and Christopher Tiffany for their 5Star service.

Ben provided great service. He was on time, courteous and friendly. He explained the options for either fixing or replacing my broken garage door opener, but there was no pressure about which option I should select. He did a great job of replacing the opener in a reasonable amount of time. And he cleaned up my garage well afterwards. I was very happy with the whole visit.

Best home service/repair ever! Garage door mechanism stopped working on a Sunday evening. Hesitated calling a company we had never used, but reviews were good…Precision Garage Door Co was responsive from start to finish. Austin was at our home within an hour or two. He was terrific, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a couple repair options, and had the door operating (quieter than ever) in under an hour. Will definitely use Precision again, and recommend the company to friends/neighbors needing help w/garage door issues. Thanks Precision and Austin!

The service Ben and his partner provided was great. He was on time, very friendly and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. When I learned a repair wasn't needed but I wanted a tune-up to prevent future problems, he performed that preventative maintenance instead. It was a very positive experience for me.
