We had Precision install a new motor and service our door a year ago so when we had both cars in the garage and could not open the door, we made an urgent call to our service guy (DJ)'. He was able to fit us in and replace the twenty year old broken spring within a couple of hours. Great job, we also have the quietest door in the neighborhood Bud and Mary Sutton.

They need to do a better job keeping the appointment within the window frame, if not provide an update and Courtesy call. Second spring broke because of refusal to do both under warranty even though if one fails the other usually follow suit thereafter. Two service charges and lots of inconvenience within a short period of time from each other is not very pleasant.
