From the onset Precision Door Service was excellent. From the salesperson explaining the options and providing us with three (3) options that fit what we wanted. We choose the very best. Production was timely and when the doors arrived Precision Door Service worked with our ongoing remodel schedule to accommodate an install date that would work for all parties. The install technician made contact on the day of install arrived on time and completed the install in a very professional and timely manner. He made certain all remotes were programed and answered any questions regarding the operation and service of the product. Austin quickly diagnosed the problem I was concerned about and talked me thru the working parts of the garage door. He prepared quotes for replacing the worn parts and also for a complete update.
