The technician that came out to help me was Nathan Williams, he was so knowledgeable and kind and answered all of my quesitions and addressed all of the issues I was concerned about our garage door.
He was absolutely the nicest repair person I have ever encountered; he was so sweet and kind and gave me so much information about the garage door that I was not aware of.
I would highly recommend and refer him to my friends and neighbors to repair their garage.

JP came to the job on time and listened to what I was trying to accomplish and ways to maximize my budget. Unfortunately, the set up couldn't be completed with the Genie company server being down for the wifi. He asked me to call when this was working again so he could come back and help me finish it up. The server was finally fixed in the evening so I didn't call him back. When I called the next day, he was angry and ended the call by saying he didn't work 24-7. As a confused customer I was not told when to call back and the parameters around that. I had to call back and had them send a different technician to help me. There are many options out there for garage door companies to install. Something to keep in mind.
