Matt the Technician diagnosed an issue with our safety sensors that kept the door from closing. He showed us a temporary solution to secure the garage and ordered the failing parts. He installed those parts today, found a broken wire, and mounted the sensors more securely. Matt did an excellent job. We are very pleased with Matt and the service we received. Eric
