Daniel showed up right on time to install my window piece that had been on backorder since August. He did it quickly and even replaced the bottom seal that was not meeting flush with the garage floor to make a tight seal.

Dakota and his helper were great. They did the annual service; tightened bolts and lubricated. When he told me the charge, I was flabergasted. The last 3 years we have paid a little over $66 for annual service. The cost was 3 times more than that! And he recommended a program where you pay monthly. I know costs have risen but 3 times!?!?! Anyway, they did a good job and I guess that's the bottom line.
