This is at least my third time using Precision door service. They are responsive, often giving same-day service, they show up on time and have personable and knowledgeable employees. Mike has been in the business for many years and it showed. It took him five minutes to diagnose the problem and another 15 minutes to fix. Five stars based on this and past visits.

Precision set up an estimate and put us on the schedule within a week. JP Felix kept us up to date on his arrival, and was right on time. He was very professional and we appreciated his quick installation and clean up along with removal of the old openers. We were so happy with the new openers, that even tho our older noisy one was working we decided to have JP return and replace it with the same. Extremely quiet, another great feature.

The appointment was set for noon but the repairman Kyle was early and called to come and do the work earlier than I anticipated on a Sunday. We are really happy with the installation and it was fairly quick for the work involved. Kyle quoted the overall cost for out the door with a breakdown of parts to install. It was very easy process!! Super recommend Precision!! We were glad the quick response and work from this company, in 2022 post pandemic this is truly a gem to discover!!!
