The rubber seal had moved on my garage door that Precision had installed 6 months ago. When I notified them their service was excellent. They sent a technician out the next day to fix the problem. No charge and very courteous! I highly recommend this company.

I called in at noon and had a tech at my house by 4:00. Mike was skilled and detail oriented. He even waited for me to get home even though he had finished, explained everything to my daughter and was done for the day. You can't ask for better service in my book. This is the second time Precision of Seattle has taken care of me and each time they've gone above and beyond.I won't call anyone else.

I decided to replace my old garage door after contacting Precision to make a repair to my garage door opener. They were very professional and honest. They didn't try to sell me more than I needed for my situation. The door was installed quickly and works very well. I also ordered a keypad for my opener and they installed that for me. Everything is working well now!
