I needed assistance because our older garage door did not stay closed. Felix called before arriving at the scheduled time and after a few minutes trouble shooting the problem, he was able to take care of it by adjusting the counterbalance springs, and checking the alignment of the safety light beam.

Thank you followed through at the end with additional information about the installation; what needs to be done down the road.. **** Daniel Puckett - he was professional; used Universial precautions ( aim a nurse _ ); very knowledgeable, courtiest.. good job on his behalf.. called/ on time... He was Great! .however my thoughts are different - aim the homeowner... I just hope the garage door I picked is good.. ZERO to do with the tech here.. understood... and I do hope YOU PAY HIM well... Understood... I know there is a crises ... however we all need to live a good life.. meaning needing and meeting all our needs for a good Holistic life style... basic needs will be fullfilled.for your techs.... Aim counting on you to providew this to all techs.. Thank you... They work hard for you... making the money for you... and you need to pay all back fairly Thank you again... it was a wait for the door.. however.. I hope it was worth it... for all.. JP Felix came within my 2 hour window and was able to fix the right side light contact. He is friendly, explains what he does and also gave me pricing ($90) for replacing light sockets. Parts will have to be ordered should I decide to move it that direction.

Ron was here on time, explained the cause of the door not opening (broken spring). Patiently answered all my questions, explained warranty coverage and proceeded to efficiently replace the springs, check all fittings and tested everything. Very well done.

JP Felix came to fix overhead garage door lights. He said it was a contact problem. Lights worked all last night. Today, the right side light is NOT working. Believe there will need to be follow up visit to fully correct problem.

First off, Bruce Cohn is not your customer or the home owner. He’s my ex husband and hasn’t lived here in 8 years. You could start by fixing your records. It’s offensive. I, Beth Featherstone am your customer and the person who ordered this repair. When Ronnie left he did not check that the garage door would close properly. I discovered it immediately and called. I was told by a woman on the phone that I’d have to wait until Monday between 4-6 pm to get a tech back here to fix it. I got very angry and asked her to explain to me why when Ronnie had left my home 5 minutes earlier that he couldn’t be called and told to come back and fix it. She told me “he has other jobs to do”. I demanded to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. She finally told me a manager would be calling me. I got a call from a manager and he explained to me the woman was in a call center in another state. He apologized and said he’d call Ronnie and get him back here right away. Ronnie showed up about 10 minutes later and corrected the problem. While the problem was ultimately fixed it was not a good experience. Listening to 10 minutes of a recording while on hold about how customer service is your top priority blah blah blah added insult to injury.
