Wes and your staff are the pinnacle of customer service and communication. Wes gave us accurate estimates of our initial repair (door bracket replacement) along with a new GDO, bottom rubber, and vinyl stops as options which I had asked for. The price was right, and this overhaul was much needed after having our original GDO for 20yrs. Wes did a phenomenal job with the installation and did a complete walkthrough of the work completed. Wonderful experience!! The service technician contacted me to make sure it was OK for him to arrive early as he was ahead of schedule which I appreciated. Chasen was wearing a mask and social distancing during all of our interactions. He also did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing during his troubleshooting and assessment of the issue. Also explained my options available to me to fix the issue going through the differences and payment options. Completed the work same day after patiently waiting for me to decide which option I wanted to go with. Chasen completed the work in a timely manner and left my garage even cleaner than when he arrived! Ran me through all the new equipment he installed and answered all my questions. This is the second time I’ve used Precision and will be a customer for life.
