This service company is amazing. Called after 8pm at night, had Ron to our place by 8am the next day! Called before hand alerting he was 15 min out, was respectful and wore a face covering the entire time. Ron was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our general contractor subs had incorrectly removed and assembled doors which in turn damaged them. Ron was able to correct all issues and document everything that was fixed for us so we could make a claim against our contractor. He even pointed out the unsafe issues and offered us options and costs before hand. Not only would I call them again, but we may purchase new doors through this company as they have a great warranty as well. I would ask for Ron again if he was available.

I appreciated his attention to detail during the removal of the old doors and minimized the finish work that will be necessary with the door openings and ceiling. I appreciated his set up and cleanliness maintained including your company's approach to my health and safety in regards to COVID-19 concerns.

They were able to come the next day when our garage door broke half open. It made me feel so much better as I didn't feel our house was secure with the door open. They had all the parts on hand. It took about an hour and a half and my door works great!
