We were very impressed with Precision Door. Two garage door brackets broke with the door in an open position and the weather was getting colder. Immediately after talking with Kimmy, she was able to schedule Nathan for service in 4-5 hours. He called me upon completing another job and gave me an estimate on his arrival time, which was actually an hour earlier. He made the necessary repairs quickly and effectively. He inspected everything and gave me great tips about maintaining our garage door.
