Karlou & his young protege, analyzed my remote problem, fixed it & advised me I could still use the 22yr+old unit for some time. I appreciated his advice & decided it was within my budget to replace the old unit, give myself peace-of-mind (& a LOT less noise) & have a new Marantec Synergy 260 installed. The weather was perfect, I could cross off a piece of equipment that would be nearing the end of it's utility to me & function better in & around my garage. Matt was great. Very professional and an ultra hard worker with an engaging personality. He installed 2 new window panels after removing the non window panels, a new garage door opener with all the elements like remotes and made sure everything was running very smooth in just a couple hours. Carlo did a great job repairing out broken spring on our door. He was courteous, professional and attacked the job. He also took the time to make sure several function of the operating door were working properly and gave me some maintenance advice to make sure my doors would continue to function properly. I make one mistake. He sent me my paid bill receipt via email, but I accidentally hit the delete button so I don't have a copy of my paid bill.
