Karlou is fast, friendly, and very professional. He got my existing remote & keypad back online and installed an upgraded emergency release lock/cable thingie. He answered my questions with clear explanations, and the problem was largely due to my lack of knowledge so I really appreciated that. I also had a great experience of calling to set up the appointment. Again, fast, friendly, and very professional on the phone. Absolutely 5 star in every way.

I placed a service call to Precision Door Service yesterday because my garage door is broken, it couldn't open or close. Today at around 4pm, Karlou Dalir and Mike, the two technicians came to fix it. Firstly, they checked my garage door and told us that we need a new garage door opener and new cables because my old one is broken. After Carlo explained how the job done and the cost of the job, and we accepted. They completed the job (less than two hours) in a very professional manner. When the job got done, Carlo explained to us the full functions of the new garage door openers remote control pads and the warranty of our new garage door opener and the owner's menu. They cleaned up the place adequately before they left.

He was able to install our garage door opener the same day as our estimate and was able to do it within a reasonable amount of time. Ben was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He uploaded our copy of our original purchase receipt from 2009, so that it was on record with your current billing/records system. Ben quickly installed/replaced the broken coils, and double checked all other components of the garage door opener. He verified that the replacement parts and work was covered via our lifetime warranty. He left our garage area as clean as it was when he arrived. I was so happy with Ben's efficient work that I totally forgot about giving him a tip for his hard work until after he left. My apologies to Ben!
