Austin arrived ahead of schedule (after calling first to make sure that was okay), inspected everything, and diagnosed the problem (spring needed adjustment so it would stop binding) and recommended a general tune-up as well (lubricating everything). He got it done in 20-30 minutes and the door is opening and closing again as it should. The price was $160+tax which seems reasonable. No complaints!

What extraordinary technicians! Less than 24 hours after we called, technicians came to evaluate our non-functional garage door opener. They discovered other door problems that could have been a hazard in the future. The technicians explained everything and answered all our questions, and made the repairs to the door - all during the initial visit. We feel fortunate to have had them handle this for us, and know they will complete the work on the opener itself, once the replacement part comes. Thank you so very much!
