JP Felix was very helpful, answering all of my questions and thoroughly evaluating our Precision garage door. He inspected the system carefully and provided helpful pointers on maintenance. Our motion sensors at the base of the door were slightly out of alignment, perhaps being the source of the spontaneous door opening after initial closure. Thanks to JP.

I have always been pleased with Precision Door service and have been a customer for many years. You originally replaced our old solid wood doors with the much better metal garage doors we have now. You have also replaced both garage door openers. The excellent service continued today. Carl was on time (actually ahead of time). He was professional and courteous and performed the spring replacement in a timely manner. He answered my questions and gave easy to understand explanations of an unrelated issue I was having. I would recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and family looking for Garage Door work.

Karlou Dalir was excellent (A+)! He explained and simplified understanding the workings of the new garage door motors/system. Fast and efficient at his work; clean up at the job site was great and much appreciated. I wood definitely recommend his services to anyone. Christopher Tiffany arrived early in the "window" provided by your office, and he was very efficient but thorough in inspecting our garage door system. The wireless garage door opener was installed, programmed, and tested quickly. Christopher's knowledge and skill impressed me, and I will be recommending him to other residents with garage door issues. Nathan Williams, the Precision Door Service Technician arrived when he said he would, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and proceeded to make the repair that was required ... The bill for his service was less than the "over the phone estimate" that had been provided and I could not be more pleased with the repair he made ... On a "five star rating scale" I will say that Nathan Williams and Precision Door Service deserves a six star rating ... I will not hesitate to call them should my overhead garage door need service in the future ...
