Karlou did an excellent job of replacing our garage door seal and serving both doors. He is professional and does a great job of explaining what is needed and did a quality job. This is the 2nd time we have had Karlou out and would definitely call Precision for our next service.

Very nice young man provided good service and advice, and discovered a major problem (a frayed Cable) that i was totally unaware of. Wonderful experience!! The service technician contacted me to make sure it was OK for him to arrive early as he was ahead of schedule which I appreciated. Chasen was wearing a mask and social distancing during all of our interactions. He also did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing during his troubleshooting and assessment of the issue. Also explained my options available to me to fix the issue going through the differences and payment options. Completed the work same day after patiently waiting for me to decide which option I wanted to go with. Chasen completed the work in a timely manner and left my garage even cleaner than when he arrived! Ran me through all the new equipment he installed and answered all my questions. This is the second time I’ve used Precision and will be a customer for life.

Door wouldn't close, Ben came out and after Troubleshooting the issue, we were looking at having to get a new motor. One last once over resulted in discovering a short in the garage sensor line against the rail. Quick line repair and it saved me hundreds of dollars over getting a new motor.

I had previously reached out to Precision to get a garage door service in July 2019. When Ben came out to look over the system, he spent time to debug the issue, try out a few different things and then make a recommendation. All the actions he took in diagnosing the issues were professional and well thought out. He gave me the option of replacing the mother board (wait 8 to 10 weeks to get the part) or replace the entire system (with lifetime warranty). There was a significant price difference between the two options, and I did not feel rushed or pressured into purchasing the new system. After some more conversation with Ben, I decided to replace the garage door. As Ben left, he told me - "you will never have to worry about this again. If anything does not work, just call me. Almost everything is covered under lifetime warranty, so don't try to fix things yourself. Even if it is just to reset the remote." Come Apr 2020, one late evening, I suddenly found that the garage door stopped working again. Skeptically, I reached out to Ben to see if there was anything that could be done. Lo and behold, Ben managed to squeeze me into his schedule the very next day. So in less than 24 hours of my garage door working, I had someone ready to stop by and help me out. This is great I thought. By the time Ben arrived, he had already looked up all the details in his system and knew that I was not kidding on the lifetime warranty. He got right to work, replaced the motherboard, tried to replace the sensors, but nothing would work. So he just took down the old unit and replaced it with a brand new one. Simply amazing! The lifetime warranty did truly work out for me in this case. It was a super cool experience getting serviced in less than 24 hours at absolutely no cost to me, just like I was promised almost a year ago. Left me super impressed with Ben and the company overall. I definitely would recommend reaching out to Precision for any garage door related problems.
