Karlou was very friendly, efficient and on time. He was not able to return the remotes to the original efficiency, meaning these new remotes must be right by the door and the remote built into the car doesn't work at all. This worked perfectly prior to the work we had done last month. A bit of a disappointment. Karlou was very nice and tried though. Any ideas on the remotes being not as efficient? Oh and my car?
