Our car was broken into and they stole the remote and registration from our car putting our home at risk. Precision Door was amazing - they were able to get a technician, Carl, out to our home the same day to reprogram the garage door engine and replace the remote plus change all the codes. This was a life saver for us. Carl is an outstanding tech - professional, extremely polite and very efficient. We can not thank Precision Door enough for the outstanding staff and service they offer. Technician diagnosed and explained the damage caused by the broken spring. I chose to buy the upgrade spring. He also found that the spring tube bearings were worn and recommended replacement to extend new spring life. He was not offended when I watched him and he answered questions as I am one who likes to know how things work. Job completed and door works fine. Thanks.

These guys are great--very responsive and fully accountable for their work. My newly install door opener was making a terrible loud noise. I understand that sometimes a new rail will cause that to happen. I called the company and they came out the same day to take care of the issue. The two installer were Drew and Evan--both were on time and very professionals. I highly recommend them for any of your garage door issues.
