Purchased new garage door opener to replace 2002 existing unit. Carl, technician, was very professional and knowledgeable about new installation. Do feel that total cost of $888.00 was excessive. Was tempted to purchase top of the line bell drive replacement at Home Depot and complete install myself. Asked if service call could be credited. Even paid additional $59.95 for 8 feet rail. Did include outdoor key pad for outside at no additional charge. Technician communicated all these charges, but definitely would check with Costco next time. Technician good at his job. Good representative of company.

Great from start to finish. Set up appt thru company chat line, representative was very good at explaining process and service visit cost, etc. Technician, Carl Richardson, was prompt, courteous, friendly and explained what was wrong and what options were. The service was fast, professional and very reasonable in price. I would use them again, although I hope I don't have to.
