Nathan is a true professional, he explained the options, gave fair assessments of the condition of the garage door and stayed longer than planned to finish the job in one visit. The only other comment is that Precision Doors should probably carry a couple of models to choose from - that said, the unit that Nathan installed is perfectly satisfactory without too many bells and whistles. Fabulous work!

Nathan was thorough and obviously new his business. He looked at our whole garage door set-up, not just the broken spring. He fixed a bearing that was bad and adjusted our opener so it would function better. We would ask for him again and have filed Precision's information so we will call them next time we have issues with either of our garage doors.

Nathan was very helpful and professional in resolving our problem. He pointed out a problem to me that was causing the overhead door to rub on the opener and corrected it for us. Our garage door spring broke this morning and after getting everyone to work and school, I sat down to look for help. During my online search, I found Precision and remembered that I had them do work on the same garage door back in 2013. I called and was given several options for same day appointments from friendly operators. I received a text and email w/ the technician name and pictures (which I appreciated) and when Carl arrived, he told me that he noticed I was existing customer and was looking up my warranty information! I didn't even think about warranty as it's been years so I appreciate him looking up without my prompting. I was amazed that he would look into it w/o my prompting and even more amazed that my warranty covered my repairs! Carl was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and got everything fixed in no time. He turned what was a pretty terrible morning around with his service and great attitude. Happy customer for sure! Thank you!
