Antonio Maes replaced all springs on two doors, adjusted the chain drives, and lubricated the system. He was capable and thorough. He also proposed four different services with steadily increasing "price points," as required by the company. The representative I spoke with told me the cost would be $89 for a service call, plus the cost of parts only. What she didn't say is that parts are very expensive.
