Antonio did a fine job. He gave me an owner’s manual and taught me enough so hopefully the next time I can fix it myself.
The door has stopped working properly about every 4-6 months and when I call for tech support you offer nothing. All you do is send out a technician in a week or so go $117.
Your website offers zero technical support and when I call your phone number I’m offered 6 voice prompts—none of them are for technical support.
So I don’t like your business model, but that’s not Antonio’s fault.
He is a fine young man who did a great job.
