Bryson showed up on time and found that our door only needed some silicon stray on hinges and shaft. He explained what he'd done and also told me that we should do this same spraying annually, and call for a maintenance service every 2 years (if no other issues arise). he was polite and very helpful. This is our first time working with Precision Door, and it will not be the last! Booking online was very easy, and even with a 2-hour window, our Tech, Daniel Lay, was prompt in arrival, and solved the problem (door wouldn't close) within 1 minute of looking. We asked him to service the entire system, which he did, and went above and beyond in nailing down a loose vinyl door trim! Thanks for the fast and professional servicing!

Technicians were great. Arrived on time on a Saturday, and after getting to know our dog, got to work. Replaced 2 very old (circa 1953) manual garage doors and added openers. They basically had to start from scratch, including trimming out door openings. They were very efficient and went above and beyond in cleaning up when they were done. Spent time walking me through operation and maintenance instructions and we were able to get everything set up with ease. Great experience.

I called about a broken spring and he came out the next day. The trolley on my opener also broke due to the spring, so that needed replacing, too. Inspection showed my roller wheels and drum bearings also needed replacing. He did all this plus re-aligned my door track, replaced a broken hinge and lubricated everything. Door now operates like new, quiet and smooth. I'm very happy.
