After my garage's spring exploded at 2am scaring everyone in the house, we realized my garage no longer opened.
Precision Garage was able to send someone out next day (on a Sunday!) for a free quote (if you schedule on a Sunday and get repairs same day) and was able to replace the spring for a reasonable price. Can't thank Henry enough for his help and swift repair of my garage!!

I used my home warranty with AHS and Precision called me in less than 5mins. Making my appointment with Mr. Bob at Precision was a breeze and set my appointment up the very next day. We're very, very happy with the service we received from Mr. Robert Mathews he was the technician that fixed our garage door. He went above and beyond on explaining the phone app and details on our garage system. He is very professional, respectful and always had the answered to our questions. I'm glad he was our service tech thank you Precision for having an amazing employee like Robert Mathews. My garage door was jammed and I could only open it manually. Alexander came to fix it. He not only came 2 hrs earlier than the scheduled time but was so quick at determining what was wrong. It took him less than 15 minutes to do all the work that was needed and my garage door was up and running like it was new. He also gave me tips on the sensors alignment. I am so pleased with the work he did. It saved me money on replacing the motor.
