Duchaum was great! Arrived on time, called to let us know he was on his way. Did a great job replacing a broken torsion spring, cleaned up all the tracks and rollers. Garage door is super quiet and smooth opening and closing now. He also took the time to show us how to clean and maintain the door ourselves to avoid future problems. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

Our garage door suddenly stopped functioning. I reached out to Precision Door service and scheduling was easy. The technician (Ben Bahr) showed up at time fixed the problem and on the top of that shared some tricks to avoid the similar problems in future. Overall Ben did 5 start work 👍

To expensive just to replace 1 spring in less then 40 min and paid over $660 and we had to wait 3days with out being able to use our garage door..
I will do more shopping around before going with them again.

Duchaum or DJ was polite, friendly, and patient as he listened to and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable about garage doors and how they work and should be installed. Able reinstall cables, make adjustments, and get the garage door to go up and down. Overall, a great experience.

Woke up to find that my garage door spring had failed. Thankfully, D.J. was able to come out within 3 hours. He made it to my house within the time window and was done in under an hour. Throughout the process, D.J. answered all of my questions and gave me tips on how to make my new spring last longer the last one. I would recommend him to everyone.

Henry White was our installer for the Genie brand Garage Door Opener and it's related hardware. He was very knowledgeable of the product he was installing; very much the professional at his job. He answered all my questions about the installation process. He had to come back twice because the Genie Motor was not available on day he was to install, because of that he said he would add/install an outside remote unit when located. When I called your Federal Way office I spoke to (Kat)? She said the installation price for the Genie unit would be approx $495.00 ; turned out to be twice that amount. The last thing I want to mention was the fact that Henry would text me; he showed his photo and when he would arrive at our house. My Wife and I were impressed with his actions and professionalism!! We would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to whom ever asked about our experience!!

I hope this review gives credit to the correct Alex. My phone does not QR. I had a broken spring. Alex was prompt and replaced both springs in short order. Even with our dated system, he knew how to fix it. Problem repaired in no time.
