My very old garage doors were replaced with one automatic door and one manual door. The installers were professional, friendly and responsive. The whole installation experience would deserve five stars, but for one important issue: the handle, keylock, and opening mechanism of the manual door are not working as they should. I called Precision Garage Doors about the problem, and the issue was addressed the same day. The installer replaced handle and lock, but problems remain. The handle does not sit tight. When I turn it to open, the handle's socket scrapes against the door. It is my impression that the parts don't fit together, are not assembled correctly, or that some parts are missing. It is only a matter of time before frequent use of the handle will break the door. It is already dented around lock and handle.
In addition, the key is so short and simple that the lock should be easy to pick or to force open.
