My garage door opener stopped working and was making noise. Precision Door was the installer, so I called on them again. I was not disappointed. The tech Robert M. was on time, and very professional. Explained everything to me as well as answering all of my questions. He ended up replacing the rail assembly due to gear damage. The area was cleaned up so that you never knew he was there. He did a great job and everything is up and running again. I really appreciate the service and the top notch technician you sent out. He is a keeper.

I had Precision Garage Door come out to my house of part of the AHS insurance. My garage door light was not working even though new light bulb was installed and Robert Mathews took the time to check it all through and even called Genie to see if he is missing something. My garage door opener is 14 years old and the board went bad and even though we could have had it replaced with another 2 weeks wait he contacted my insurance and explained everything to them and they agreed to give me a new garage door opener instead. He went to explain everything to me and went right to work. He was fast and explained every step for step and also answered all my questions. Helped me set up my SUV. It was an amazing experience to work with him. He went above and beyond! I truly recommend him. So knowledgeable and patient and fast. 5+stars
