I was at work and handled everything by Phone ( my son was at home to give access). Brice let me know when he would be there, inspected job, then called me with what was found and what would be need. He then completed the work, tested with my son watching. then call to up date me and so I could pay with cc over the phone. very smooth process. Fast same day service.
