Precision has been great so far. The quote process was nice and friendly, the installation was easy (complete in a half day), and the price was great for the product received. The new motor is much quieter also.

I had Wes out this morning to see why my garage doors were making so much noise when opening and closing them. He did a full tune-up service, lubrication and necessary tightening or adjustments of all moving parts. He found that all my sheave wheels had to be replaced and I had no safety cable for my extension springs. I was very impressed with Wes's knowledge and efficiency. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

5 stars! Called yesterday. Tech came today and work was completed well within the time frame provided. Tech gave information on new products, but did not pressure or upsell.
