I spent over $1,000 to have a garage door opener repaired. The problem still exists. Your technician "No-showed" me on the first appointment of the day to follow-up and relook at the issue. I never received a phone call.
He was very polite on the initial service call. However, the problem still exists and i missed a half day of work for an appointment that was not honored.

The installer was extremely efficient, neat and polite! Explained to us what was being done, the door looks great! The only thing I did not understand was the time frame, they told me 1:00/6:00 so I thought someone would be here at 1:00, so I called and explained this was the window, not the time he would be here, anyway other than that misunderstanding, service was great!

They take calls on the weekend to schedule, and show up in the beginning of the two hour service window. Mike came back TWICE at no charge to when our door stopped working properly. Highly recommend Precision.
