Mason was here this morning and immediately saw the problem and explained it to me. I was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the Precision system. The problem was fixed within two minutes. He did not charge me for the service call which I appreciated. Mason also gave me an understanding so that if the problem occurred again I would be able to fix it without making a call to Precision Door Service.
