2019 05-30 / Tyler did a great job, even though we discovered that Fidelity National Home Warranty would not cover the garage doors unless they mechanically failed. He pointed out the issues, assured me of the current safety and why, told me what needed to be done if I did it myself and offered Precision services and gave me a quote. I have used Precision in the past in San Diego and was very pleased with their service. Precision in the Seattle area did not let me down either. If this is something I cannot do myself, I would consider Precision Overhead Garage Door Services to be my first choice.

Wes was great. He knew exactly what was wrong (the garage door was catching on an exposed piece of metal) and fixed it in less than ten minutes, including a full inspection. The call out price was very reasonable and it was overall a positive experience.

The doors look great and they’re so quiet. Thank you! But our garage floor isn’t perfectly level so one of the doors has about a 1 inch gap under it on the right side. It’s pretty significant. I can fit my whole hand under the gap. The installers told me that’s just how it is but the estimator said that they could put an extra thick seal on so the doors would seal. I just worry about mice and rats being able to come and go from our garage. Is there really nothing you can do to seal it? Thanks!

Ben did a fantastic job and I trust his work. I had a previous company by the name of Pearson Garage Door that did the same repair and was under warranty and they did not come back to fix the issue. I called over six times..I only had their number but no address...206-488-1365...anyone don't ever call them, I was duped by them and paid them big dollars. I was very leery, as you can see why of your company, but after Ben explained everything and what he had to do I felt I could trust his work and your company.
