I would have given 5 stars. The office staff, the sales rep and the guys who installed the doors were first rate. Unfortunately, the wrong window insert pattern for the doors took WEEKS to get fixed. There was some breakdown in their procurement process. They first brought out the same wrong pattern to fix the doors only to have to go back and order (again) the right pattern. Still, in the end, they got the issue corrected. Looks absolutely great now. So four gold stars and one virtual star for dogged customer service after a mistake was made. If I had two more garage doors to replace, I'd call 'em again!

Three techs out since door install and we still have issues. the door moves to one side and doesn't stay centered and makes clunking and grinding noises.
Our 30 year old wood door was quiet and was only replaced because the bottom corners were not touching the floor when the center was touching.
also on a minor note there are creases in the back side of the panel with all the stickers covering them. the stickers have no creases. We expect they were there when installed.

My garage door opener was not working. The technician was out the next morning, calling to ask if it was alright to arrive early, quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener. The installation was quick and the door opener works better than the replaced one. The technician was friendly and professional, explained why he was installing that particular opener and the benefits of it, went right to work and did a good install. The only issue is that it is expensive.

Great service by the two technicians. Was called with an Eta in the morning and they showed up on time and completed the job before leaving. They also took the time to show me how the openers operated for manual release and reset as well as maintenance.
