I will be calling to speak with you again after work today, but I was very disappointed (and utterly shocked) to see that you simply moved the screws over by an inch, saying, "there, that should work this time."
Should? The garage door ripped away from the ceiling and your fix was to re-attach it to the same material (drywall? -- Will drywall really support one of the doors?), and inch away from where it failed in the first place. No, I'm not happy. Walls and ceiling are scuffed, scratched and have holes from where the door ripped out. AND you left us with one fewer screws to attach the door to the wall. I'm sure the tech was polite and well-intentioned, but why the hell do you send the same person out to fix the work they did improperly in the first place? I will be calling to speak with you today -- I want this fixed. I want it fixed properly and promptly. The work you did was not at all precise -- it is ghetto work. I am keeping detailed record of the work with photos and video and will be sharing how this is managed.
