THE ESTIMATOR TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE AN ESTIMATE TO BEFORE HE LEFT. HE ASK FOR MY CREDIT CARD AND I GIVE IT TO HIM. HIS SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME COST, DID NOT RECEIVED IT.
