The garage door inspection done by JP went extremely smooth, with no issues what so ever. He explained the issues as well as the process for ordering parts. Unfortunately, that was the only good contact with the company we received. Due to our own personal time frame, the parts were not going to be delivered in the time we needed, which was the manufacturer's problem and not Precision. We had cancelled our order with ample amount of time, and was told only half our refund would be given back. We were told that we would receive a call back from the company manager, but it never happened. My partner gave a call the next day, and spoke to a different rep who was extremely nice, but had stated we had "signed" a form of agreement for the parts themselves. We did not at all sign any agreement aside from the initial inspection, only stating that it was an inspection. We had asked to see the paperwork in which they said we had signed, but they could not locate or find the specific document. We were then transferred over to the manager of the store, where he continually villainized my partner. He stated that we were taking money from their local company and effecting his employees paychecks because we wanted our full refund. Since there was no signed agreement that they had mentioned, there was no need to withhold our refund. We understand that this is a local company, but no manager should act so unprofessional to only blame and accuse their customers of financial theft.
