The technician was prompt, very nice, and offered lots of options. When setting up the appointment, we were told there would be a $60 service fee just to come out, but would be waived if we went with a repair or replacement since the techs come with a fully stocked van (that was not initially offered, only when we wanted to call around for other bids...we don't like that sales tactic). However, to repair, a part needed to be ordered so a 2 week wait. It didn't feel good being pushed into a service fee without knowing what was going on with the unit and the replace options were quite spendy.
