The technician was on time, clearly identified the issue and offer options for me to consider. He did install a new garage door opener; but, unfortunately, he still missed a clap to finish the job. he didn't have it with him and said that he or someone will call me when the part arrives so that you guys can come back to finish the job. I hate having to pay when the work is not completely done. As a customer, we would rather pay for the 100% work and not 95% of the work. hopefully, the part will arrive and you guys can complete the job. thank you.
