This is the Watton family, love our new garage doors they added so much curb appeal to our house. Love the wood grain look to the doors and the windows brought in so much light before our garage was a dungeon. I would have gave five stars but had to wait along time to get the doors. Although in Precision's defense with Covid 19 I know a lot of companies are having problems getting things done quicker. But the sales guy was very professional and the workers who did the job left the site clean and did a excellent job! Thank you Precision I would highly recommend this company!

We still don't have a completed garage door after threes tries. The original installer had to place a broken window into the door because he did not have a replacement window. He said he would order that and get it replaced. We had some other problems and the second installer made those corrections but did not say anything about replacing the broken window and we have heard nothing back from the company about replacing the broken window and when that will happen. So far we are "not happy" with the install and service. Should not hake two weeks to get this done and we shouldn't have to notify the company of their problems. Please take care of getting this problem addressed. Linda

Free service call AD on your website is not very clear that it’s only on Sundays as displayed. Receptionist could have clarified it doesn’t apply any other day. Disappointed! Tech Bryson did his job within minutes, but the experience with the AD was unpleasant and created doubts if I shouldn’t have just paid for the service call and not have you repair. Remains to be seen!!
