Evan communicated with me about his arrival time about thirty minutes ahead of arrival, which was much appreciated. Once on site I explained the issue and he took about :20 to eval and then let me know what services he was suggesting. In this case I thought all the services he suggested were reasonable and called for and I gave him the go ahead to proceed. He finished the work in about forty minutes. He was personable, professional and his explanations were thorough. Evan did a great job and I would have him back again. Thanks much!

It took a while to get the part I needed to replace my existing opener with a new one with a battery back-up, but my service tech kept me well-informed of the status of the order. Once the part was received, the service call was quickly scheduled and the tech showed up when scheduled. He accomplished the work efficiently and explained everything thoroughly. We had a new garage door and opener installed. Very pleased with the way everything came together. It looks beautiful and the opener is very quiet.
