Ron was very timely and thorough and did a good repair on my old system. He gave appropriate options to choose from for the repair cost. He answered questions appropriately. Ron went out of his way to obtain a broken part from the shop rather than having to wait 2 weeks for an order. I would have had to open and close by hand for 2 weeks which would have been an annoyance.

One of my garage doors spring broke. I called Precision Door as they have previously worked on my garage. They looked up to see it was under warranty and came out to fix it the same day. JP came even earlier than expected and let me know what was going on. He was very personable and answered my questions. I was so impressed, I asked him about another issue I have with a different garage door and he is coming back to fix it once he has the parts.

I have had Precision Garage work on my garage door several times since I bought my condo and am very impressed with their service and their workmanship. Ron was great - he came out for an issue for which he changed the code, but also inspected the garage door and found that the almost 30 year old springs where ready to break and was able to replace them on the same visit.
